I just wanted to drop you a line to say thanks for helping us on Friday 4/1/08. Our door was jammed so badly that we could not close it (as that would effectively lock us in), and we could hardly keep it open over night! Your staff were polite and courteous. We received a confirmation phone call immediately, and were kept up to date with the progress of the person who was coming to us. He called as well, to let us know he was on his way. When he arrived he was polite and did a good job. He was also sensitive to our situation - we are Jewish and Friday night is the Jewish sabbath. So there were several considerations which he was sensitive to, and we are grateful for that.
All in all the service we received from ReactFast was very good, and we will recommend you to all our friends. I write this to you because previous to calling you we called another company. They were the total opposite. They did not call us back to confirm, they did not keep us up to date of the progress of the person who was supposed to see us, and then 4 hours after calling them they called to say it would have to be the day after! I wish I had called you straight away, but now I know!

I contacted ReactFast late on Wednesday evening and by lunchtime on Thursday the problem with my central heating boiler had been fixed. Steve Evans, your engineer who responded to my call, was exceptionally professional and a credit to your company. He diagnosed the fault within 15 minutes and a new control panel was installed an hour later. I will be looking to replace my boiler in the summer and will certainly make sure that I get a quote from ReactFast if this is an example of the service on offer. Many thanks again.

I have just had a quick lesson in why you are called ReactFast. I e-mailed your head office, with a particular problem with an elderly lady's boiler next door, 5min and 20sec later they called letting me know when the could be on site, 23min and 10 sec later they arrived. After 3Min and 35 seconds the fault was found. After making a call to the Stockton branch he went off to get the parts and then within 1 hour he fixed the boiler and left the place in a tidy state.
The world would be a better place if our governments were run in the same manor.

Can you pass on my thanks to the team Manager of the above engineer, who attended a fault with my Bolier this morning. This was the second time this particular engineer has attended my house for work on my boiler .
This fault today (not related to his previous visit) proved to be particulary tricky in solving as the engineer, and indeed the Ideal Bolier techincal helpdesk had not heard of it before. However your engineer worked methodically in working out what the problem was and rectified the fault within 2hours, which included getting a replacement part..
Being in a field service role myself , I am well aware that engineers such as the one who visited me do not get enough praise in the way they carry out their work .
It was refreshing to see someone who was proffesional, courteous, very helpful and actually knew what they were doing and was also willing to answer all of the questions I put to him.

I have just moved into a new house that has several challenges and I discovered the need for a qualified CORGI engineer, I thought lets try your service out.
Your engineer Stuart has attended my home today in essence to connect the gas appliances to the gas supply. Unfortunately for me I seem to have bought the house from hell and Stuart immediately picked up on several important issues with regard to the installation of the boiler, gas fires and cooker. He explained in simple terms the problems and made me aware of everything that he was doing and offered me competent advice where he could. The reports he has provided me with are easy to understand and will allow me to pursue the individuals who have clearly done an incompetent, unprofessional and dangerous job.
Stuart is an absolute credit to your company as well as being a genuinely nice guy and if his colleagues with other skill sets are anywhere near his level you’ll have no issues in continuing to grow your business.
From a personal point of view I am happy and safe in the knowledge that when I need other work undertaken in areas that you cover I will without hesitation be calling your organisation first and I shall also recommend you to anyone that asks.

I was surprised at how fast an engineer came (within 2 hours of calling). I expected to have to wait until next week.
Your charge out rate was £10 an hour cheaper than a local firm.
Your engineer also fitted a valve under the sink to turn the water off in the future, which was something I would never have thought of asking for.
Your engineer also tidied up after himself - a first for any man I would say.

The service we used was the plumbing section and the trouble was a very difficult leaking bathroom sink. Over the call outs, three different parts of the sinks plumbing leaked, causing mayhem at our end. On 2nd January 2006 I had reason to require emergency repair work to a door that had been kicked in.
